Use the service to analyze your own sourcing hypotheses, read the results, and run your reselling workflow.
Comply with the rules of third-party platforms, applicable law, and the rights of other users.
1. Purpose of the service
Nichify is an online software dedicated to Vinted niche analysis. The service lets you centralize catalogs, launch runs, browse snapshots, read rankings, and export alerts. The results provided remain decision-support aids and do not constitute financial advice or any guarantee of resale, margin, or volume.
2. Access and accounts
The user is responsible for the information provided when creating an account, for the security of their credentials, and for actions taken from their workspace. Nichify may suspend or restrict access in case of abusive use, security breach, or non-compliance with these terms.
Prohibited use
Bypassing service limits, disrupting the infrastructure, reselling access without authorization, or using the tool for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscription, renewal, and payment
Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically on the anniversary date. Prices shown are in euros, taxes included. The user can cancel at any time from their account; access remains active until the end of the current period.
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, every new subscriber benefits from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. To exercise it, contact support@nichify.app within that period to obtain a full refund.
4. Service availability
Nichify aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents, provider unavailability, or changes on a third-party platform. The service may evolve, be adjusted, or have certain features removed.
5. Intellectual property
The components of the service, the interface, the brand, the editorial content, and the structure of the outputs remain protected. Unless expressly authorized, the user may not bulk-copy, commercially redistribute, or reuse the site's content beyond the normal use of the service.
6. Liability
Nichify provides signals and decision-support tools. The user remains solely responsible for their purchases, prices, sales, and compliance with applicable regulations. Nichify's liability cannot be engaged beyond the amount of the subscription paid during the month in which the damage occurs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Personal data
The data processing associated with the use of the service is detailed in the Privacy Policy. The user acknowledges having read it before any subscription.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the Commercial Court of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.
