2. Data that may be processed
- Account data: identifier, login email, role, and access history.
- Operational data: catalog URLs, run configurations, history of analyses and exports.
- Technical data: application logs, browser information, errors, and performance traces.
- Billing data: information needed to manage subscriptions and payments.
Legal bases
Performance of the contract for the product's core functions, legitimate interest for security and technical monitoring, and legal obligations for billing.
3. Retention
Account and subscription data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the periods required by accounting and legal obligations. Technical logs and error traces must be purged according to an explicit retention policy before going into production.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be accessible to authorized Nichify staff as well as to processors essential for hosting, payment, transactional email, or support.
5. Cookies and measurement
Nichify must only set cookies strictly necessary for operation as long as no additional analytics or marketing tooling is enabled. If audience measurement or retargeting tools are added, compliant disclosure and a consent mechanism will be put in place.
6. Rights of data subjects
Each user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability by sending a request to support@nichify.app. Identity verification may be requested before processing.
7. Contact and complaints
