Product support
For any question about using the dashboard, billing, an analysis run, a monitor, a CSV export, or a score you would like explained: contact@nichify.app. Reply within one working day in French or English, Monday to Friday. Please include your account email address, the URL concerned, and a screenshot if possible.
Vulnerability disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue (data leak, auth bypass, injection, IDOR, privilege escalation, billing flaw): security@nichify.app. Please do not exploit the issue beyond the minimum required to demonstrate it, and allow us 90 days to remediate before any public disclosure. We acknowledge receipt within 48 working hours.
Billing
Questions about your subscription, invoices, refunds, plan changes or cancellation: billing@nichify.app. Payments are processed by Stripe, see Privacy.
Public bugs and feature requests
Reproducible bug, regression, or feature request: GitHub Issues. This is the fastest channel for us, as we triage every bug there.
